What he said at 1:11 happened to me the other day in my smaller Midwest town. Was eating breakfast at a local mom and pop breakfast place and I felt a hand rest on my shoulder and it was a 85ish year old man who said I am blessed for “my beautiful wife and kids” I moved to Southern California(Orange Co) in 1999 and lived there 7 years. The Midwest brought me back. As I got past my party years I realized the Midwest was a better place for me to settle down.

In my opinion Hadi is serious as a heart attack losing the 2023 Olympia really bother him. That's why 2024 is going to be tough for Andrew and the other contenders.

Nick Walker love channel. He has ZERO chance my lord. His own coach admits it's tough because Hadi and Derek need to be way off and Hany guys aren't off. He's 5th if he's lucky.

Jay or Milos please help Andrew with his side poses. The way he is executing the side chest and side tricep is harming his chances. I really think the perceived lack of thickness in these poses is a posing issue. A 292lb well conditioned man surely can't be lacking thickness. Some tweaks to these poses could make the difference between him winning and coming 5th.

Milos is my favourite guy in the bodybuilding podcast circles to listen to.

Thoughts on the hoist pieces like the prone hamstring and lat pulldown? Been around a while but very little press. I love the way the whole machine moves ergonomically in the movement. Great discussion as always!

I trained at Golds Gym Redondo Beach and Victor Richards would be there at 4:00 pm and he had the biggest legs to this day i have ever seen ! They were probably 40 inches or more !

Odd interview, good guest , but for the first time I can remember jay looked odd.. couldn’t finish his sentences and asked a question but cut off guest as he tried to answer .. not what I’m used too here , usually a smooth relaxed interview style … maybe too many caffeine drinks???

Grew up in Chicago …he said no one diets in Chicago lol you’re right there’s no reason to diet cause there’s only 36 sunny days a year.. lol weather sucks moved out west from Chicago when I was 19 in 1995 and would never go back… good interview fellas

I also have had multiple shoulder and knee dislocations plus quad tear....the dislocations alone are definitely limiting for future success. Your body will feel aged before you are truly older if injuries happen when young. Certainly youth aids recovery but you're never the same.
